Celebrity Style Evil Eye Necklace, Statement Artisan Jewelry, Enamel Evil Eye Jewelry
In many cultures the symbol of an "eye" wards off evil. My sterling silver evil eye pendant features an ornately detailed eye that is painstakingly crafted in my home studio. For many, wearing an evil eye pendant is actually a good thing, as it is believed to promote good luck and protect the wearer. So it's no wonder that some of Hollywood's most sought after celebrities are wearing evil eye jewelry to industry events. Everyone from Rihanna to Hilary Duff is sporting designer evil eye jewelry. My custom crafted necklace is a one of a kind original. This is a limited edition. Order now.

Using the technique cloisonne enamel makes the eye portion of this pendant. It entails carefully bending pure silver ribbons of wire and fusing them to a pure silver surface with clear enamel. The following layers of enamel are colored and can take up to 20 times and firings in a kiln. After all the firings are complete the enamel eye gets sanded down so the wires are flush to the glass. The next step is the eye gets sanded to a high polish, which gives a gorgeous effect of depth and translucency to the glass enamel. After that it is bezel set in a carefully handcrafted sterling silver and 14 karat gold setting. The technique is quite labor intensive but the results are a magical beautiful piece of finely handcrafted jewelry. The pendant measures 1" W x 3/4" L
and comes with a sterling silver snake chain measuring 16" or 18". Please specify length with your order.
