Jewelry Armoires In Cherry

This jewelry armoire was made using a single panel of cherry composed with respect to the wood graining. Inset wood butterflies were used to mend the cracks in the wood. Front door was hand-coopered to give it curvature, and the casework was hand dovetailed. The stand was joined employing wedged thru-tennons. Designed can be customized.

I specialize in customizing the interior of these armories to suit an individual's needs. Drawers can be built according to the depth of certain pieces - for example, an extra-wide bracelet - and are custom lined by my wife, Carol. We also do ring pillows and carved hooks. Pictured here you see eight drawers and two sliding trays that are lined in velvet with small, wooden hooks for hanging necklaces.
