Since ancient times birds have been connected with the sky and having a supernatural link between heaven and earth. They symbolize lightness, peace and happiness.
Specifications:
Size: outside dimensions, 7" long x 5" wide x 4" high (+/- 1/4"). The 4" height includes the top lid which is about 1/2" thick/high.
Colors: top lid, SLATE BROWN stain and box base, DUCK EGG GREEN/BLUE paint.
Artwork: "bird on the branch" stencil artwork on the top lid, lower left hand side.
Materials: all natural wood, plywood bottom for strength.
Construction: joints are rabbeted, glued and pressure nailed.
Note: the photos attached are just placeholders, paint and stain colors may vary slightly. Woods used might have inherent flaws, such as: natural discoloration, warping, chips, cracks, twists, dings, scratches and knots.
