Wall Mounted Jewelry Cabinet
This jewelry chest has space to hang 35 necklaces and 9 drawers for rings, earrings, watches and such. It hangs on a wall cleat.
My intent was to have darkly coloured, rich but modest exterior with an opulent bright interior. Exotic woods and veneers and inlay provide the sizzle. The drawer pulls are carved from ebony.
The hardware is all solid brass and very well made. The cabinet locks and could be very reasonably secure if desired. The front could be dressed up a little with wood or enamel inlay.
